1. Rules of Play.   Member agrees to abide by all rules of play applicable to games played on GamesGrid, as determined by GamesGrid in its sole and absolute discretion. These rules include, but are not limited to, the following: Once a game is in progress, no player may use electronic, mechanical, or written aids (e.g., Snowie, Jellyfish, GnuBG, or backgammon books), to assist in the play of the game. In addition, no player may receive assistance from another person in the play of a game. Violations will result in the loss of money-play privileges and freezing of the account.

2. Minimum Age.   Member represents and warrants that Member is at least 21 years of age. GAMESGRID PROHIBITS ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 21 FROM SETTING UP A JACKPOT ACCOUNT.

3. Compliance With Law.   Member represents and warrants that Member's use of services provided by GamesGrid will not violate applicable law. Member represents and warrants that it will use the services of GamesGrid only for entertainment purposes and for no other purpose. GAMESGRID PROHIBITS THE USE OF ITS SERVICES IN ANY MANNER PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Member agrees and acknowledges that it is the sole responsibility of Member to ensure that Member does not engage in any unlawful activity.

4. Indemnification.   Member agrees to indemnify, defend and hold GamesGrid harmless from and against any and all penalties, losses, claims, losses or liabilities arising from or in connection with the use of GamesGrid services by Member.

5. Withdrawal of funds.   Payments by check will be made only to the customer address currently on file. Payments by paypal will be made only to the customer E-mail address currently on file. It is Member's responsibility to keep these addresses up-to-date.

6. Account Termination.   Member acknowledges and agrees that GamesGrid may terminate Member's Jackpot Account at anytime, for any or no reason, in which case GamesGrid shall return the outstanding balance in Member's Jackpot Account to Member, without penalty or interest of any kind.

7. Fees.   Member acknowledges and agrees that the fees charged by GamesGrid for services may be changed from time to time. Member authorizes GamesGrid to withdraw applicable fees directly from Member's Jackpot Account.

8. Governing Law; Venue.   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with California law, exclusive of conflicts of laws provisions. Member agrees that venue for any action arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts of the County of San Francisco.
