Creating a Nickname

How do I create a new nickname?

Go to our new nickname creation page and follow the directions there.

I can't create a new nickname. What should I do?

Each new player nickname needs to be created with a valid e-mail address. Please ensure that you can receive e-mail at the address you provide.

Your nickname may contain only unaccented alphabetic and numeric characters (A through Z, a through z, 0 through 9). No spaces, hyphens, or other non-alphanumeric characters are allowed.

If you cannot create a nickname, please send e-mail to , and we will create the nickname for you. Please include your real name, the nickname that you want to use, and a valid e-mail address, so we can send you the new nickname and password information.

I lost my password. What should I do?

Send e-mail to to request a new password. A new password will be mailed to your confidential e-mail address.

Your original confidential e-mail address was the address you used to create the nickname and get the initial password. You should check your confidential e-mail occasionally, on your personal Player Information page, to ensure that it is still valid.

My password doesn't work. What should I do?

The password is case-sensitive (capital letters matter), and there are no spaces in a password. Please ensure that you type the password exactly as shown in the nickname confirmation message sent to you.

If you have lost your password, please send e-mail to and a new password will be issued.

I get a "login failure" message. What should I do?

This message means that your nickname has been disabled. Please send e-mail to to discuss re-enabling your nickname.
