What operating systems are supported?
GamesGrid Poker works on Windows and Macintosh computers. GamesGrid is the first poker site to offer a true Macintosh experience.

GamesGrid Poker works on Macintosh computers running OS X 10.3.9 and higher. In addition, you must have Safari 1.0 or higher and QuickTime 6.5.2 or higher.

GamesGrid Poker works on Windows computers running Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP. In addition, you must have Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher

What are the minimum hardware requirements for GamesGrid Poker?
For Windows, the minimum requirements are:
Processor: Pentium II
RAM: 96 MB. More than 96 MB of RAM is highly desirable
Screen: 800x600
Colors: 16 bits
Free Disk Space: 40 MB

For Macintosh, the minimum requirements are a computer running OS X 10.3.9 or higher.

Can I play on GamesGrid from behind a firewall?
You can play on GamesGrid if your firewall filters only incoming traffic. You cannot play if your firewall filters outgoing traffic. Ask your system administrator for this information.
