For membership upgrades, downgrades, billing questions, refund requests under the published refund policy, and payment-method issues. Once the platform is live with active memberships.

What Not to Use Contact Channels For
- Strategic advice or coaching. GamesGrid is a platform, not a coaching service. The strategy pillar, the mathematics pillar, and the glossary are the right places for backgammon learning material.
- Real-time technical issues during a match. Use the in-platform "report issue" button once the platform is live; that ticket arrives with the match context attached and is faster to resolve than a fresh email.
- General backgammon questions unrelated to GamesGrid. Public backgammon forums and long-running community spaces are more useful for general game questions.
