GG Mamani

Carlos Mamani has played cards professionally in a place that takes visitors a day to get used to, and he thinks in ranges rather than rolls. What he does with an opponent is quieter than the play. By the third game he has your pattern, the tell in how long you spend on a decision, the point in a match where you begin protecting a lead, and he says so afterwards, without triumph and in some detail. At the cash tables he declines the box every time and stays in the crew, because a man in the crew answers every cube on its own and a man in the box answers all of them at once. Most people thank him. Two have stopped accepting his invitations, which he calls the more sensible response.
