GG Cáceres

Carlos Cáceres has run the hardware store on his corner of Asunción with his brother since their father handed over the keys, and can find any screw in the place blindfolded. A customer left a board behind two years ago, nobody claimed it, and by the time anyone might have he was well past the point of giving it back. He talks. Sunday afternoons with friends over cold tereré, online in the evenings, and a story attached to every roll, some of which are true. It costs him games, because he loses the thread of the position somewhere in the middle of the story and has to go back and look at it again. He has decided this is a fair price. He hardly ever offers the cube, and the reason is not caution. Doubling shortens the evening, and the evening is the part he came for.
