GG Constantin

Mihai Constantin runs six tavernas across the old town, all of them doing traditional cooking, and took up the cube in his late thirties when a tourist explained the rules in one of his own dining rooms. He plays from a different room each night, always in the same order, Monday through Saturday, and the regulars can tell which by what is going on behind him. The Thursday one has a band. He has never turned the sound down for anybody, has twice been asked to by opponents, and both times suggested they come and eat there instead. He has kept the same order for nineteen years and once played from a hospital corridor rather than break it. On Saturdays the chip game runs late in whichever taverna he is sitting in, and the regulars simply follow the sound of the band.
