GG Wilson

William Wilson traded on the Chicago floors and moved to the screens when the shouting stopped, and he found the board during a slow market year and recognised it immediately: variance, discipline, edge. He logs every match as a position. Date, length, result, one line of reasoning, straight into the same spreadsheet as his trades, and he does not look at any of it until the month closes. A bad night gets no analysis whatsoever at the time, which opponents mistake for indifference. On the first of the month he reads two hundred rows and changes exactly one thing. Nine months of rows sit unread behind him at any moment, and he maintains that reading them sooner would only make him worse.
