GG Kovalchuk

Kateryna Kovalchuk runs triage on a busy department and found this in a night-shift break room, where it became her way of coming down afterwards. She sorts her fixtures. Everything that arrives gets a category the moment she reads it, on the same scale she uses at work, and she plays strictly in that order regardless of who asked first or how long they have waited. A member on a losing run goes to the front. A friendly with no consequence can sit for a fortnight. Two people have discovered they were routinely last and asked what they had to do about it. She told them, in some detail, and both have since moved up the list on merit rather than complaint.
