GG Sharma

Raj Sharma is in the final year of a computer engineering degree and plays through most of the night, against anybody awake in a helpful time zone. He came to the game at seventeen by way of a search that had begun as cricket strategy; he had been a decent age-group batsman himself, never quite enough for an academy, and the discipline is the part he kept. His parents are both doctors and tolerate all of it because his marks are excellent. He keeps a private rule that costs him a great many easy points: beat him twice and he will not accept a third, and he tells you so pleasantly. He is looking for the ones who can return the favour.
