GG Babich

Aliaksandr Babich leads the support desk at a Minsk software firm, holds a personal record of forty-one tickets in one day, and fixes his neighbours' laptops free on Saturdays, which costs him every Saturday. The board runs between calls. He closes each match with the same four words he closes a ticket with, win or lose, typed without variation and without anything else attached, and it has become the way his division knows a game is genuinely over. Two members have adopted it. He has never acknowledged that either, which is entirely in character. His own manager has asked where the phrase came from and been told, accurately, that it was on a form in 2014.
