GG Fuentes

Sebastián Fuentes fed the port of Valparaíso from an empanada counter for forty years and now plays out of a launderette a few streets up, timing every match to the length of a wash. He sits with the machines running behind him and plays until the cycle ends, whatever the position, then packs up and goes to unload it regardless of what is still on the board. Regulars who know his habit send a message the moment they see him log on, since the window is short and firm. He talks the whole time, offers advice on stain removal nobody asked for, and treats a match cut short by a finished wash as no loss at all, since there is always another load coming.
