GG AlKuwari

Mohammed Al-Kuwari runs process control at a desalination plant, converting the sea into what a city drinks, a job he summarises as nobody thanking you and everybody noticing. He learned this from his father in the majlis and rebuilt it on measured lines: take points found exactly, hunches respectfully declined. He has one courtesy that doubles as a test. He will send you a diagram and ask what you would do, warmly, as though the matter were open. He worked it out weeks earlier. Get it right and he says so once and never mentions it again; get it wrong and he thanks you anyway, and the same position quietly appears in somebody else's messages.
