GG AlMutairi

Abdullah Al Mutairi schedules tanker fleets for a state oil company, a job where the units are hours and the penalties for missing one are written in noughts. He came up through the port office his father worked in and still keeps the old man's tide tables framed above his desk. He will not sit down to a match longer than seven points, treating anything beyond that as scope creep on a schedule with no room for it, and has been known to decline a rematch on principle alone. Backgammon is family inheritance, played after dinner and now, at pace, online. He clears decisions without fuss, slotting each short match into the day like another tightly scheduled window, speed and precision doing the work.
