GG Omarov

Daniyar Omarov hunted from horseback with trained golden eagles for fifty years and can still sit a saddle longer than men thirty years his junior. He came to this for one reason. A friend of forty years moved to another continent to be near a daughter, and the board is what the two of them have instead of a road: two or three matches a week, the same man every time and a handful of messages that are mostly about weather and grandchildren. He enters very little else. His cube is sound and sparing, his clock is even and he has never in his life hurried a decision that was going to arrive anyway.
