GG Mchedlidze

Tamar Mchedlidze has directed a polyphonic choir in Tbilisi for twenty-five years and is quietly convinced she is the unluckiest player in her division, a belief her actual results do not support. Her season record sits comfortably above average and has done for years, a fact regulars have pointed out cheerfully, without denting her conviction at all. She took up the game after she was widowed, using her husband's old board and dice, and blames a run of bad rolls for defeats a closer look would just as often call a bad decision. Her cube runs on feeling rather than a count, and nothing suits her better after a tournament than a chip session and a loud chouette to lose unluckily at again.
