GG Schweizer

Luca Schweizer manages old-family money at a Geneva private bank, a job he describes as two-thirds listening and one-third saying no gracefully. He learned the game from a client, a shipping widow who beat him soundly for three years before he won a match, and he calls those three years the best professional training he ever had. He is discreet to the point of blankness about everything: his work, his clients, his own results. The exception is his chouette record, which he will raise unprompted, in detail, with dates, and which he defends as though somebody had questioned it. Nobody ever has.
