GG Vuković

Milica Vuković throws pots in a studio behind the main street in Cetinje, centring clay by hand and by sense, and she teaches a Saturday class whose waiting list the town cannot account for. Her hands, she says, learned before her eyes did. She opens the board when one particular person is in the lobby, and at no other time. Usually not against him either: he is on some other match and she is on hers, and the pair of them exchange perhaps six messages in an evening. When he is not there she does not play at all, and she has never explained the arrangement to anybody who enquired. She commits in seconds and cannot tell you afterwards why.
