GG Ceban

Vasile Ceban competes in chess-boxing out of Chișinău, four minutes of chess and three of boxing alternating until checkmate or knockout, and is national champion in a sport he had to help introduce. A gym coach by trade, he trains both halves daily and insists the chess is the harder one. Send him the cube and you get the take. Not a comment, not a pause worth reading, not the small acknowledgement most players cannot help making, just the take, and then his roll, so that the only information you receive is that he is still there. He thinks clearly with his heart pounding, which is his profession. Opponents whose hearts pound for free find this deeply unfair.
