GG Gómez

Nicolás Gómez designs buildings that have to stand up when the ground does not, most of them public work across the province and the Andean north-west, and he learned this from a site foreman on a long remote posting. Before he moves he names the worst thing the dice can do next. Out loud, in the chat, the exact number and what it would cost him, and then he plays anyway. Opponents assume it is a mind game for about two matches and then work out that he is simply doing the calculation where he can see it. A structure either survives the worst load or it was never built. On the two occasions it actually arrived he said nothing, which the division found unnerving.
