GG Lloyd

Leo Lloyd was banned from his school common room at sixteen for running a card game with a spreadsheet-backed staking system, a story he tells at every opportunity. He skipped university for online poker and moved the operation from his mother's box room to a Canary Wharf flat by twenty-one. The staking never stopped. Four backers on percentages, his mother among them, a settlement every Friday whatever the week has done, and he has paid out on losing weeks without once asking for a rollover, which is the only thing about him that is not swagger. He presses the cube when he smells weakness and wins on nerve rather than accuracy.
