GG Černá

Tereza Černá kept a mountain hut in the Krkonoše range for decades, feeding and sheltering walkers who arrived cold and left fed, and carries the same instinct for thanks to the board. She says thank you after every roll shown, hers as much as her opponent's, a small courtesy repeated dozens of times a match without ever sounding automatic. New opponents sometimes think she is being polite about a good roll of theirs and are quietly surprised to hear the same thing after her own. She has done it for as long as anybody in her division can remember and shows no sign of noticing she does it at all. A match with her ends the way it started, quietly, with a further thank you.
